Gareth Jones

Business development director

Business development director, Gareth Jones’s NHS experience spans 20 years across a variety of roles at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust, including project and HR management, trade union negotiation and delivery of corporate employment services. He was also previously assistant director of workforce at NHS Employers and former chair of the National Association of Medical Personnel Specialists. Prior to working in the NHS, he spent more than a decade at the Virgin group in operations, retail, supply and distribution. Gareth has sat on numerous regional and national committees associated with medical workforce issues and chaired the London medical staffing network in 2008 and 2019.
