Robert Prince has been a key advocator of the north central London shared corporate services initiative from the start, which resulted in the launch of NLPSS following two years’ engagement with trusts.

An expert in corporate services development, he is also managing director for group corporate shared services at the Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust and has a career which spans finance, HR and IT services in both the NHS and private sectors.

Robert is passionate about innovation, creating the Royal Free London’s innovation and intelligent automation team who are leveraging the power of robotic process automation for the benefit of the trust’s services.

He is an advocate of sharing best practice between private and public sectors, and harnessing partnership opportunities to level-up services.
