NLPSS shortlisted in HPMA Excellence in People Awards 2025

North London Partners Shared Services (NLPSS) is thrilled to announce that our team has been shortlisted for People Team of the Year in the Healthcare People Management Association (HPMA) Excellence in People Awards 2025.

With over 240 entries submitted we are deeply proud of this recognition by the HPMA judging panel, and to be among the many inspiring teams and individuals from across the UK who are making real impact in healthcare people management and innovation.

The NLPSS team is made up of over 200 staff who share the same dedication to excellence and partnership. We work to deliver a range of HR services to 8 organisations in north London. Our north-star vision; to deliver excellent patient care through an outstanding employee experience, has guided us to make significant impact, including:

  • boosting staff engagement
  • transforming staff experience
  • reducing corporate services costs
  • achieving time savings to speed up and improve service delivery
  • releasing time for frontline staff to better engage with patient care.

Our work has been recognised at a national level and we are currently supporting the NHS England Scaling People Services programme.

Commenting on the shortlist, Robert Prince, Managing Director of NLPSS, said:

‘‘We are incredibly proud of the NLPSS team who individually and collectively demonstrate what excellence in shared People services looks like, to best support our NHS colleagues.

‘‘Being shortlisted for People Team of the Year in the HPMA Excellence in People Awards 2025 is a testament to the hard work, dedication and commitment of our team, working to the highest standard supporting our colleagues on the frontline. We look forward to connecting with our peers at the awards ceremony later this year and celebrating our collective achievements.’’
