NLPSS team members recognised at the 2025 Royal Free London Staff Oscar Awards for Corporate Services

The 2025 Royal Free London Staff Oscar awards for Corporate services took place on Tuesday 23 September and we are proud to share that several of our teams and individual colleagues were nominated for their outstanding achievements and contributions in the workplace.

NLPSS nominated teams included:

  • Acute Community Team (within the NLPSS recruitment team) – Group Living Our Values Award
  • ESR Support Services – Group Non-Clinical Team of the Year
  • NLPSS Reporting and Systems Group – Non-Clinical Team of the Year
  • Occupational Health Psychology team – Group Clinical Team of the Year

We also congratulate 10 of our team members who were individually nominated:

  • Abel Mihretab – Group Shining Star Award
  • Alyson Lewis – Group Celebrating Diversity Award
  • Alyson Lewis – Group Shining Star Award
  • Charmaine Delacru – Group Quality and Efficiency Improvement Award
  • Kang Messias – Group Non-Clinical Employee of the Year Award
  • Khalid El Hasnaoay – Group Living Our Values Award
  • Krishna Pandya – Group Shining Star Award
  • Lucy Braude – Group Clinician of the Year
  • Susanne Salami – Group Quality and Efficiency Improvement Award
  • Toni Mason Hambridge – Group Shining Star Award

A huge well done to Abel Mihretab who was awarded joint winner of the Rising Star award. Abel joined our team as an intern through the #10,000 Black Interns scheme in July 2024 and has impressed with his quality and dedication, delivering excellent work across NLPSS ever since.  

Congratulations also to the Occupational Health Team, and Khalid El Hasnaoay, who were runners up for the Group Clinical Team of the Year category, and Group Living Our Values Award.
