North Central London Integrated Care Board (NCL ICB) signs up to NLPSS corporate shared services

Recruitment and occupational health services at NCL ICB will now be provided by North London Partners Shared Services (NLPSS) as part of its plans to improve the ways of working and experience for its managers and staff.

The NLPSS recruitment service went live at the ICB on 3 February, four months after the ICB transferred its occupational health services to NLPSS in October 2024.

Michael Tresise, NLPSS service development director, said: “We are delighted to welcome the ICB onboard, who have been supporters of our groundbreaking shared services partnership since we launched in December 2021.

“The NLPSS team is focused on providing the best experience for its customers and managers at the ICB will have greater access to support whether they are hiring a new member of staff or seeking advice from our occupational health experts. Our investment in the latest technologies will also ensure a more efficient service for the ICB with real-time information and accurate reporting.”
